Barrier Shrink Packaging Has A Method Of Use
Oct 26, 2021Barrier Shrink Packaging has a method of use:
1. Barrier Shrink Packaging must be paid attention to before and after inflation, do not let sharp objects scrape, it is best to operate on the bed or on a clean table, if there are buttons, zippers and other hard objects in the storage, please fold them inside , And then put it in the collection bag. When storing in a cabinet or other place, pay attention to whether there are sharp objects in the storage place to ensure the integrity of the Barrier Shrink Packaging.
2. Clothes, quilts and other items should be placed inside the Barrier Shrink Packaging as much as possible, at least 3-5 cm away from the sealing zipper, and large items should not be forcibly placed.
3. It is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the sealing zipper. If fiber and dust enter, the sealing performance will be reduced. It is recommended to wipe clean with water-soaked gauze before closing the zipper. After closing the zipper, please hold the sliding piece with your hand and pull it back and forth several times at the seal to ensure that the two seal bars are fully buckled into the groove to ensure the sealing effect.
4. When using the suction pump, turn the screw interface of the pump to the end, and hold it against the white rubber seal of the suction port to ensure that there is no air leakage at the interface. Generally, a large Barrier Shrink Packaging needs to be pumped for 3 to 5 minutes. It takes three to five hundred times to get an obvious flattening phenomenon. When using the suction pump, pay attention to continuous pumping, it is best not to stop. It’s best to have a vacuum cleaner at home, which is labor-saving and convenient.
5. After drawing, please check the seal of Barrier Shrink Packaging again to make sure it is sealed.
