Packaging Storage Requirements
Nov 26, 2021Use of Barrier Shrink Packaging: In addition to being used for medicine packaging, Barrier Shrink Packaging is also used for food, clothing, tea and other aspects. Storage requirements for Barrier Shrink Packaging: Avoid direct sunlight, and keep away from fire sources, at room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.
Low-temperature Barrier Shrink Packaging is a kind of Barrier Shrink Packaging. Barrier Shrink Packaging is also known as polyamide 66 or nylon 66. Yellowish translucent or milky white opaque resin. The relative density is 1.14~1.15, and the melting point is 259~267℃. It has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and self-lubricating properties. It has the highest heat resistance, strength and rigidity among aliphatic nylons. Tensile strength 75.9~82.9MPa, compressive strength 91MPa, Izod impact strength (notch) 4kJ/m, heat distortion temperature (1.82MPa) 75℃, hardness R120, volume resistivity 1015Ω·cm, dielectric strength 35kV/mm, Self-extinguishing. It is produced by the condensation reaction of adipic acid and hexamethylene diamine. It can be processed by extrusion, injection, blow molding and other methods. It can be reinforced, filled, alloyed and modified. It is widely used as fiber and tire curtain. Low-temperature Barrier Shrink Packaging has good anti-static, oxygen barrier, shielding, moisture-proof, shading functions and excellent heat-sealability.
