Now Most Processed Meat Products Have Used Thermoforming Film Packaging.
Jan 26, 2022Thermoforming Film packaging, also known as stretch forming packaging, is a blister, cavity, disc box, etc. formed by heating and stretching a thermoplastic plastic sheet, and then the product is fixed between the blister and the substrate to facilitate It is not easy to be damaged during transportation and sales, and stretch-formed Thermoforming Film packaging can effectively protect products that are complex in shape and fragile when crushed. Therefore, this packaging method can not only protect the product and extend the shelf life, but also promote the product. The most typical example of the role of expanding sales is now familiar with processed meat products in supermarkets. Now most processed meat products have used Thermoforming Film packaging.
The main test of the whole process for Thermoforming Film is the two steps of thermoforming and heat sealing. During the thermoforming process, the Thermoforming Film should be able to stretch evenly to avoid tiger spots and no holes. Even so, the bottom corner part after stretch forming is the thinnest. In order to meet the barrier requirements, the Thermoforming Film (especially the barrier layer) here needs to maintain a certain thickness. When the Thermoforming Film is heat-sealed, it is necessary to eliminate the contamination of the thermal cover during the clothing filling process. If the anti-pollution heat-sealability is not good, the thermoforming film may have insufficient heat-seal strength, or even leaked seals.
