Eleven-layer nylon coextruded thermoforming film, high-barrier multi-layer coextruded thermoforming nylon food packaging film, which has anti-puncture, high transparency, high barrier, uniform inter-layer thickness. Eleven-layer coextruded film has three nylon layers, which gives the film higher stretch performance, good forming and stretching, and film thickness can reach 380μm, while ordinary stretch nylon coextruded film has a thickness of 180-300μm. Its forming depth is upwards of 8cm. The thickness of the thin part of base film is sufficient, which ensures the high anti-puncture and high barrier of film packaging, as well as transparency and glossy appearance.

●High transparency, good gloss and appearance ●High tensile strength of nylon layer ensures high anti-puncture of the package. Eleven-layer coextruded nylon film consists of nylon and metalocene polyethylene plastic materials in the middle, which makes it with higher composite strength than ordinary plastic packaging. It is not layered and does not need to be laminated, so that it does not use adhesives and glues, and has good flexibility.
●Excellent heat sealing performance, low heat sealing temperature, short heat sealing time, high heat sealing strength, resistant to oil stains. By adding metallocene or special PE materials, it is easy to tear and peel.
●Nylon layer, or the middle layer of EVOH layer, can ensure excellent vapor and oxygen barrier. By using different barrier properties of various plastic materials, coextruded has high barrier performance to oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, and odor. It maintains freshness and flavor.
●Excellent high temperature forming performance (PP material), low temperature forming performance (PE material)

It is resistant to oil stain and moisture, and can be used for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, and gas packaging.
Eleven-layer coextruded structure is flexible in design. It can be designed into different layer structures to better meet various product packaging requirements.
Eleven-layer coextruded film is made by green production and does not contain adhesives and solvent residuals. It is safe and green.
