Anti-puncture & High Tem.forming Film

High anti-puncture high-temperature film can be used in autoclave at 121℃, which is applied for packaging of cooked food, such as poultry and pig trotters. The film is green, high barrier, and has high strength. The nylon material has strong perforation resistance, which can greatly extend the shelf life of food and maintain the original flavor of food. While the composite materials of dry laminated packaging contains glues that aromatic and aliphatic glues have harmful substances, which can easily permeate into meat products. Multi-layer coextruded high-barrier film does not use adhesives, eliminating the pollution of food by esters, benzene and other harmful substances, ensuring safety and sealing of packaging. Coextruded high-barrier packaging has a vacuum degree of 99% or above, while that of dry composite materials is 90%.

The series is used for the packaging of high-temperature sterilized food, such as steak and fish, dried meat products, cured food, and soy bean products.
