High-temperature High-barrier EVOH Easy-tear Film

High-temperature high-barrier EVOH easy-tear film can be used in autoclave at 121℃ for 30 minutes, keeping the original packaging shape and transparency. Eleven-layer coextruded cast high-barrier film has high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, and good anti-perforation, and is safe and green, can greatly extend the shelf life of high-temperature meat products, and maintain the original nutrient and flavor of food. Eleven-layer coextruded cast process has a small thickness tolerance, which is applied to produce stretching film or vacuum packaging bags made of CPP, PET, PA and aluminum foil materials. 

It uses special heat sealing material PE or metallocene PE as the outer layer to produce easy-tear film, and can be customized with specific tensile strengths according to customers’ requirements and food packaging types. It has good heat sealing properties that customers can easily open the packaging along the sealing line.

Eleven-layer coextruded cast high-temperature high-barrier easy-tear film can meet the functional requirements of customers, such as high barrier, high transparency, good anti-perforation, easy stretching, easy forming, easy heat sealing, good steam resistance, easy tearing, and anti-mist.

High-barrier high-temperature steam-resistant easy-tear film is made of compatible non-polar polymers without precipitates, which is toxic free and green, and can be used for food packaging. 

It can withstand high-temperature sterilization can up to 121~135℃ for 30 minutes without deformation. The production process of high-barrier high-temperature easy-tear film is in a clean workshop environment, which ensures the hygiene products to maximum extent.

It is applied for packaging of deli meat products, seafood, cheese, ham, bacon

Sausages, roast meat, roast chicken, marinated eggs

Chicken, chicken claws, duck necks, poultry, pig trotters,

Instant food, children’s food, jelly, soft cans, etc.

It can be used at heat sealing temperature of 145℃~160℃ for 15~1.55s, at forming temperature of 105℃~115℃. 

It is used for packaging sterilized food at 121℃ to prolong the shelf life. It also provides easy-tear function for the convenient use.
